Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated upon checkout. On average, international orders can take anywhere between 3-4 weeks after shipping to meet their final destination. Please note that International customers are responsible for any additional import or customs fees that may be imposed.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number for you to follow your order’s journey. Please allow 24-48 hours from dispatch for your tracking number to be accepted by the carrier.
How can I cancel my order?
We can only accept cancellation requests on pending orders that have yet to ship. If your order is still pending and you would like to cancel, please contact us and we will assist you with canceling your order. Return policy below.
Can I return my order?
Change your mind? Please return your item within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original form for your return to be accepted. Returns beyond 14 days of receipt will not be accepted.
To proceed with your return, please email customer service at hello@studiosands.com with your order number, and we will send a return label for your convenience.
Please note that we are unable to refund the original shipping charge, with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
